NATGAS: El Paso Natural Gas Lifts Force Majeure at Arizona Compressor Station

EPNG has resolved the Force Majeure issued July 17 referring to the Seligman B Compressor Station in Yavapai County Arizona, the company said.

  • EPNG will be increasing the capacity through the NORTH ML constraint’s capacity effective Sep. 9.
  • EPNG did not immediately state the change in capacity but would be publishing an updated maintenance notice to reflect the change. The initial FM cut capacity by 276,867 Dth/d (~0.277 bcf/d).
  • It currently says the operating capacity of NORTH ML is 1,836,888 (~1.837 Bcf/d), with 299,925 (0.3 bcf/d) of spare capacity. Its design capacity is 2,197,666 (~2.198 bcf/d).
