US natural gas storage likely saw a slightly below-average draw of 3 bcf in the week to Nov. 22, according to a Reuters survey.

  • The five-year average for this period is a 30 bcf draw on the week. In 2023, stocks built by 5 bcf over the same period.
  • If correct, that would take US natural gas storage levels to 3,966 bcf, a surplus of around 7.2% over the five-year average. This would be a rise in the surplus from 6.4% the previous week.
