Nation Says World Bank Approved $2b Of Funds For 2022

  • The World Bank will support Argentina with 2 billion dollars in 2022 amid a severe economic crisis in the country, the bank's managing director of operations said on Tuesday.
  • The bank, which last year committed a record 2.1 billion dollars to the South American country, "has a project pipeline under preparation of at least US$2 billion for 2022," according to a Tuesday statement. (DPA)
