NBP Expected to Keep Interest Rates Unchanged

  • The National Bank of Poland (NBP) is widely expected to keep interest rates unchanged for the fourth consecutive meeting.
  • There is no fixed time for the release of the rate decision and subsequent publication of the policy statement. In December and January, the decisions first hit wires at 13:29GMT/14:29CET and 13:35GMT/14:35CET, respectively.
  • Governor Adam Glapinski will hold a press conference tomorrow at 14:00GMT/15:00CET to explain the Council's decision.
