New Soy Farmer Exchange Rate To Be Implemented On Monday

  • The government in Argentina are planning to introduce another temporary exchange rate for soy exporters on Monday, according to an Economy Ministry official who spoke off the record as the announcement isn’t public yet.
  • No exact details were reported, however the rate will have a floor and be adjusted for inflation compared to the previous soy exchange rate in September. This rate will take effect on Monday and last until Dec. 31. (BBG)
