BOND SUMMARY: News wires have been quiet so far, while today's data releases in
the Asia are few and far between. T-Notes range-bound, last trade -0-01+ at
130-01. A leg higher in Mini S&P futures applied some minor degree of pressure
earlier, but the move has been retraced since. Cash Tsy yields sit 1.0-1.6bp
lower. Eurodollar contracts are unch. to 0.5 tick lower through the reds.
- JGB futures trade 25 ticks above settlement at 154.98, as Japan emerges from a
long-weekend. JGB yields sit 2.4-3.1bp lower. No reaction seen to the
deterioration in all three flash PMI readings in a Jibun Bank survey. Focus
turns to 1-5 Year Rinban ops, due shortly.
- Australian YM last deals +2.0 ticks, XM +2.0 ticks, with cash yields sitting
1.6-2.0bp lower across the curve. Bills trade unch. to 2 ticks better off. The
AOFM will offer $A100mn worth of 21 Nov 2027 I/L bond at the top of the hour.
