  • Further fueling uncertainty over the UK's vaccination programme and increasing bilateral tensions, French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian has warned that the EU will not be 'blackmailed' into exporting vaccines and claimed that the UK will struggle to source second jabs.
