Nomura On Tuesday's Case Shiller Home Price Index

"The pace of acceleration in the Case-Shiller 20-city composite index could show some sign of moderation in November after accelerating to 7.9% y-o-y in October, the highest pace since 2014. The median sales price of single-family homes, as reported by National Association of Realtors, rose 15.1% y-o-y in November, representing some softening from 16.1% in October. However, the pace of home price appreciation remains very steep. Concerns over affordability will likely continue to weigh on the existing home sales market."
