UK VIEW: Nordea says that despite the BoE judging that there is "very limited
degree of slack" and that an "ongoing tightening of fiscal policy over the
forecast period would be appropriate", they think the BoE will leave "its policy
rate unchanged through rest of 2018 and 2019 due to a "rather slow economic
development ahead and downward trend in inflation"
