US DATA: Nov core PCE price index +0.1% (unrounded +0.078%) after 
unrevised +0.2% in Oct, but y/y rate rose to +1.5% (high since June) vs 
+1.4% in Oct due to lower base a year ago.
- Total PCE price index +0.2% (unrounded +0.231%), so y/y rate +1.8% vs 
+1.6% in Oct, highest since March. 
- Pers income +0.3% vs +0.4% expected, while nominal PCE +0.6% vs +0.4% 
expected and real PCE +0.4% (+2.5% 4Q SAAR vs 3Q average; 3Q real PCE 
was +2.2%). 
- Overall, the data suggest 4Q real PCE growth will be only modestly 
stronger than in the previous quarter.
- Income lifted by wages and salaries +0.4% on rising hourly earnings, 
payrolls and hours. Other income components higher except for transfer 
receipts. 
- Nov savings rate fell to 2.9% from 3.2% in Oct, the smallest since 
November 2007, when it was 2.5%.
