Novorossiysk Oil Loadings Suspended Amid Storm

Oil loadings from Russia's Black Sea port of Novorossiysk were suspended on Wednesday due to a storm, sources told Reuters.

  • Oil loadings on the December schedule from the port were revised down to 1.72 million metric tons from 2.14 million to make way for exports postponed from November following bad weather, shipping and trading sources said.
  • Kazakhstan has reduced daily oil production by 3.6% to 254,000 tonnes due to the suspension of loadings at the CPC-Novorossiysk terminal, the Kazakh Energy Ministry said. Daily production at the Tengiz field has dropped 5.4% to 78,600 tonnes.
