KIWI: NZD/USD moved lower in the late NY morning on Wednesday, as risk took a
hit and the DXY gained on the day; rate last deals at $0.6522.
- The cross trades below Friday's low ($0.6524), with bears now eyeing the
figure ($0.6500) and any move lower bringing the YtD low ($0.6425) back into
focus. Conversely, bulls hope to retake the 50-DMA ($0.6588), which would allow
them to focus on Friday's high ($0.6607).
- NZ trade data, due in ~5 mins, provides the highlight of the local docket this
week.
