FED: Oct 31-Nov1 FOMC Minutes show several members said near term rate 
hike would be appropriate, as the economy and inflation are expected to 
evolve in the coming months. There was no actual mention of December.
- However, there were a few participants that suggested deferring a hike 
until the path of inflation is confirmed, with some members saying they 
will watch for signs that low inflation is not transitory.
- Other members were concerned about upside risks to inflation with the 
already-tight labor market expected to tighten further.
- Others also concerned that low inflations expectations will make it 
hard to promote a return to inflation near 2%.
- "A few" saw a higher chance of significant tax cuts recently.
- Participants saw hurricane effects as temporary, as expected.
