EURO SUMMARY: *Oct13 Euro-dollar open $1.1830, range $1.1825 to $1.1851
*Euro-dollar opened in Asia at the lower side of the $1.1827 to $1.1880 range
witnessed yesterday, where solid US data and ECB's Draghi concerns on wage
inflation, placed the greenback on the front foot.
*After trading sideways around $1.1830 in early trade, demand surfaced to push
the Euro from near $1.1825 to $1.1851. The move may have been a delayed response
to news out earlier, that the ECB is said to be considering cutting QE to E30bn
per month from January and extending it until at least September 2018.
*For the balance of the session the Euro consolidated near to $1.1850
*Key-support is located at $1.1799 (38.2% fib $1.1670-$1.1880 rise), while
hourly resistance is seen just above $1.1850, a break opens $1.1881 (50%
$1.2092-$1.1670).
*German CPI for September provides the initial event risk for the session ahead,
which includes US CPI and Retail Sales
