*Euro opened in Asia toward the upper side of the $1.1696 to $1.1773 range
witnessed yesterday, where upbeat Eurozone PPI and a modestly weaker US dollar
underpinned the single currency
*After trading sideways in a $1.1736-45 range, weaker UST yields encouraged
broad-based dollar weakness, the Euro moved up from around $1.1740 to $1.1780
*Supply at $1.1780 was said to be 'decent', the pair then consolidated around
$1.1770 for the balance of the session, despite UST yields paring most of its
losses.
*Resistance lies at $1.1789 (Oct3 high), a break opens $1.1820 (Oct2 high),
while hourly support is seen at $1.1736
*European composite/services PMI's provide the event risks for the session
ahead, which includes US ADP employment change
