Off Tokyo Lows At The Break, Looking To Tsys For Impetus

The lack of domestic headline flow/overt macro market drivers left the cross-market impact from U.S. Tsys in the driving seat during the Tokyo morning. JGB futures -9 come the lunch break, operating off of session lows, within the confines of the recently observed range. Cash JGBs are marginally cheaper across the curve, but the moves are very limited. There hasn’t been anything in the way of clear concession built ahead of tomorrow’s 20-Year JGB auction, yet.
