OIL: Oil has rallied during the session with Brent crude trading up to
USD62.4/bbl up from a low of USD61.90/bbl. WTI trades at USD57.0/bbl off a low
of USD56.6/bbl.
- There is some speculation that OPEC may intervene to support prices at the
upcoming group meeting, despite members so far providing few suggestions of a
change in policy.
- There is little of note on the data calendar that could move the meter today,
with just the UK employment/wage report and German ZEW survey this morning.
