OIL PRODUCTS

US fuel demand during the first half of the summer was softer than weekly data showed, according to revisions by the EIA cited by Bloomberg.

  • June gasoline demand was revised down 0.9% to 9.1m b/d.
  • May gasoline demand ws revised down 4.2% to 9.4m b/d,
  • June jet fuel demand was revised down 1.2% to 1.7m b/d.
  • May Jet fuel demand was revised down 5.7% to 1.8m b/d.
