US TSY FUTURES: *** On the risk-off rally overnight, apparently Mar Ultra-bond
futures tapped the 3-0 handle circuit breaker in early London trade when it
tapped 200-31 briefly at 0339ET. 
- Some clarity on the limit, during extended trading hours (ETH) from
1800-0820ET, WN futures has a 3-tick limit (Level 1) where the market halts for
2 minutes/matches for 2 minutes and re-opens. During the "pause" the future "can
trade lower but not higher" desks say. ETH level limits rise in 3 tick
increments to 12
- After 0820ET (regular trading hours: RTH 0820-0800ET), the new Level 1 limit
starts at 9 full ticks, rising successively by 3 full tick increments to 18
(Level 4). After level 4 there is no limit. See lonk for additional breakers:
