KOREAN WON: On Thursday ANZ suggested that "near-term headwinds for the South
Korean economy do not appear to be deterring the Bank of Korea (BoK) from
contemplating a hike later this year. While the Korean won has gained on the
back of a more hawkish central bank, we do not expect too much currency strength
as the market has now priced in a rate hike by the end of the year. We recommend
staying short KRW. We take profit on our long SGD/KRW trade, and switch into a
long EUR/KRW position. We also close out of our short TWD/KRW tactical trade."
