US TSYS SUMMARY: Once again, it's been an overnight session dominated by
US-China trade headlines, which today have been aof the conflicting variety.
- Following China MOFCOM presser where rumours surrounding tariff removals were
denied, WSJ/DJ reported China's chief trade negotiator Liu He has invited US
counterparts including Lighthizer and Mnuchin to hold new face-to-face talks.
- Tsys bounced around accordingly; now futs just off the lows: Dec 10-Yrs (TY)
down 4.5/32 at 129-21 (L: 129-18 / H: 130-02). 
- Curve fairly steady, 2-Yr yield is up 1bps at 1.5861%, 5-Yr is up 1bps at
1.599%, 10-Yr is up 0.9bps at 1.7534%, and 30-Yr is up 0.8bps at 2.2167%.
- Pretty limited reaction to FOMC minutes last night. FedSpeak includes
Cleveland`s Mester (0830ET) and Minn`s Kashkari (1010ET).
- Another light day of data: Jobless Claims and Philly Fed at 0830ET; Oct
Existing Home Sales at 1000ET.
