Headlines have crossed from Yonhap (via BBG), that the South Korean opposition party is hearing intel on a 2nd martial law. No more details are available at this stage. This follows earlier headlines from the ruling party PPP leader Han, who stated Yoon needs to be removed from duties for the safety of the country. 

  • USD/KRW spiked higher to 1429.15, fresh highs since Tuesday, but we are slightly lower now. The Kopsi is approaching 2400, off around 1.5% at this stage.
