Overnight Flattening Unwound

AUSSIE BONDS

The modest overnight twist flattening has now reversed, with YM unch. and XM -0.5 as U.S. Tsys cheapen in early Asia-Pac dealing. Cash ACGBs sit unchanged to ~1.0bp cheaper across the curve, with the 5- to 12-Year zone seeing the most pressure. Local headline flow has been light thus far, pointing to broader macro flow as the driver.
