Panel Suggests 3-6 Month Delay To Production Hike-Wires

Wires and social media reporting unnamed sources quoting an OPEC+ delegate stating that the panel has suggested a 3-6 month delay to the planned production hike.

  • Says that most countries are in favour of a three month extension of the current cuts
  • The second planned tapering of the 9.7mn/bbd cut agreed in February 2020 is due to come in at the start of January after the first tapering came in in August (originally scheduled for July).
