Pare Gains To Sit Little Changed On Tuesday

  • Cash tsys finished flat to 2bps cheaper, the curve was marginally steeper as the long end was marginally pressured.
  • Tsys firmed in the European session after spillover from Bunds in lieu of a slightly larger than expected German supply reduction.
  • Gains were marginally extended after the latest round of US data. Home Sales and Consumer Confidence were softer than forecasts.
  • Tsys ticked lower through the NY session alongside pressure US equities and the greenback printing fresh YTD highs as post data gains were pared.
