PBOC Sets Yuan Parity Stronger at 6.3334, +8.47% Y/Y - Correct

--Correct to Say Stronger, Not Weaker, in Headline 
     BEIJING (MNI) - The People's Bank of China (PBOC) set the yuan central
parity rate vs the U.S. dollar at 6.3334 on Friday, stronger than Thursday's
6.3352. PBOC has set the fixing stronger for three trading days out of five this
week.

     - PBOC started setting daily central parity rates on Jan 4, 2007.  
- On July 21, 2005, China changed to a managed float with reference to a basket
of currencies, freeing the yuan's peg to the dollar.  
- Starting March 17, 2014, the yuan is allowed to move 2% on either side of the
daily fixing against the dollar.
