EGBS: ###Perhaps because of increased attention on events in the Middle-East and
volatility of oil prices, there was big activity in Eurozone linkers on the
screens on Thursday. The 10Y OATei breakeven inflation rose alongside the
generalised yield improvement yesterday but is now at its highest level since
March (although still only 1.4%). 
- POV. More interesting from a policy perspective is the EUR 5Y5Y swap breakeven
at 1.69%, which has been on a strong upward path since June. Ofcourse, the ECB
would love to have this rising to the 2.0-2.25% area but the improvement
threatens a feed-back loop in the path of ECB rates in the front end of the
curve and now needs closer monitoring.
