EGB SUMMARY: Periphery EGBs have posted strong gains to start the week, with
core instruments trading sideway overall.
- The spread of 10-Yr Italian BTPs vs Bunds is down 6.7bps at 234.5bps, with
Portugal following closely on their heels, PGBs/Bunds down 5bps at 117.6bps. 
- Both boosted by ratings decisions Friday (Italy maintained; Portugal upped to
BBB from BBB- by S&P).
- Spain and Greece spreads tighter too, the former in 3.2bps, latter in 4.9bps.
- Bunds have had a back-and-forth day, Jun 19 futures last up 12 ticks at
164.26, having risen to 164.36 by 0900GMT but dropping to lows of 163.96 just
past midday GMT.
- French OATs marginally tighter to Bunds, in 0.1bps at 37.4bps.
- Eurozone data flow picks up slightly Tuesday, with Construction output and Q4
wage growth the highlights.
- ECB`s Praet speaks in Versailles early Tuesday as well.
