PERU: Petroperu Chairman Says 2025 Sales Could Reach $4.8bn

- New Petroperu Chairman Alejandro Narvaez said on Friday that the company could achieve $4.8bn in sales next year, with a new strategy that has been established helping it to meet its challenges.
- Narvaez said that Petroperu will take up a restructuring plan from 2023 that includes financial restructuring and strengthening governance. A specialised company will be hired to undertake the restructuring. Narvaez also said that Petroperu will meet its financial obligations and guarantee transparency, according to a report on Bloomberg.
- Data wise, the domestic calendar remains light this week, with the next tier one release set to be November CPI inflation on Dec 1. Following that, the next BCRP monetary policy meeting is scheduled to be held on Dec 12.
