Petrobras Starts Binding Phase of Sergipe-Alagoas Asset Sale

  • Petrobras today began the binding phase regarding sale of its entire stake in Tartaruga field, located in the shallow waters of the Sergipe-Alagoas Basin, according to a filing.
    • The average production of the field in 1Q22 was approximately 202.26 bbl/day of light oil and 2,161 m3/day of associated gas
    • Petrobras holds a 25% interest in the field and Maha Energy Brasil is the operator, with a 75% stake
