Motiva restarted the 81,000 bpd FCC its Port Arthur refinery on Monday night according to Reuters sources.

  • The unit had been knocked out on Monday afternoon because a boiler feedwater pump failed.
  • The refinery has a total capacity of 626,000 bpd.
