  • Small GBP selling noted, with Cable looking to test low of the session and turning offered versus JPY and EUR.
  • But move are limited with thin turnovers in FX.
  • Brexit is at the forefront, and although extensions from the weekend talks was seen as positive, mood is fragile.
  • Laura Kuenssberg tweeted yesterday afternoon: "After cheerier mood on Brexit, UK now denying there has been significant progress - govt source says, 'talks remain difficult...we will not sign up to dynamic alignment through the back door', going on to suggest there is 'simply no truth 'in suggestions UK has shifted on fishing"
