Powell To Testify Again And Helsinki Commission Examines "Russian Character"

10:00 ET 15:00 BST: Two key Congressional hearing are taking place this morning. Fed Chair Jerome Powell is in the hot seat again as he provides testimony on the economy and monetary policy to the House Financial Services Committee. Across Capitol Hill, the Joint Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (Helsinki Commission) is holding "a Moral and Strategic Imperative" discussion on Russia's place within the European security architecture.
