Finnish operator TVO has found the cause of the fault of the 890MW OL2 reactor’s generator, however, it still expects the unit to return on 29 September after a more detailed investigation, it said. 

  • The unit was halted on 9 September amid increased moisture in the turbine generator.
  • The unit will return on 29 September at 00:00 CET, the latest Remit data show.
