RTE has yet to announce its planned export curtailments on its eastern borders for October. 

  • RTE announced September curtailments on 27 August and said it will update the value for the October period end of September.
  • Export curtailments are currently expected to last until mid-October. Curtailments began on 29 July.
  • For September, RTE said it expects to reduce power exports on France’s eastern borders – Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Italy - from 2-29 September if the value of exports exceeds 10GW vs 8GW in August.
