POWER: Suspension of Italy’s Capacity Market Results Lapses

POWER

The precautionary suspension of the results of Italy’s 2025 capacity auction has lapsed as Italy’s Lazio administrative court TAR has declared a “lack of jurisdiction” regarding an appeal by Termica Celano, it said, cited by PV Magazine.

  • The result of the auction was challenged by Termica Celano after being excluded from the auction on 23 July.
