CZECHIA

Parliamentary elections will probably take place in the second half of September, President Petr Pavel said according to Bloomberg. October 3-4 is the latest possible date to hold the ballot, but Pavel said he didn’t want to call the elections too close to the summer school holidays, which end on August 31. “I would like to do it somewhere in the second half of September,” the President said in an interview with Czech Radio today.
