President Ramaphosa Warns Of Backlash Against Taking Israel To ICJ
- President Cyril Ramaphosa warned that South Africa may see "superpower backlash" for taking Israel to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) over its actions in the Gaza Strip. The leader told his party, the African National Congress (ANC), at the end of its annual lekgotla that this could manifest in the lead-up to this year's national and provincial elections in the form of a "regime change agenda."
