Pressured By Bullish Tone In Regional Asia Equity Indices

US TSYS

Focus on the Hang Seng's recent rally, coupled with technical breaks in that index and supportive flows for Hong Kong equities out of China (see earlier bullets for details) seem to have supported broader risk sentiment, with the Hang Seng +2.0% on the day in early trade. U.S. Tsys pressured as a result, with some 1.0K clips given in TYH1 Futures and some light screen interest in TYH1 136.00 puts seen thus far. TYH1 last -0-03+ at 136-24, 0-01 off lows, with cash Tsys bear steepening, 30s a little over 2.0bp cheaper on the session.
