The Japanese Ministry of Finance (MOF) will today sell Y400bn of JGBs with 1-5 Years until maturity in a liquidity enhancement auction. JB#56-87, #132-146, #323-342 & #412-424 will be on offer.
- The previous enhanced liquidity auction covering these maturities was held on March 23. The auction saw Y399.1bn issued and was covered 3.999x at an average spread of -0.003%, and a high spread of -0.002%, with 73.4497% of the bids allotted at the high spread.
- March's auction saw ~Y75bn of the allotment allocated in JB#332, while JB#138 saw ~Y47bn of the allocation.
