Qatar's Prime Minister, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, is set to hold a press conference later today in to discuss the hostage-for-ceasefire deal negotiations. The past 48 hours have seen a flurry of headlines ranging from a deal being within hours of announcement, to disagreements from Israel or Hamas to certain aspects of the draft proposal threatening to set back talks.
