Little activity across G10 FX space this morning, with participants assessing familiar headlines. The Antipodeans have firmed up against their peers from the basket, as e-minis have headed higher, but tight ranges have been respected.

  • USD/KRW popped higher at the re-open, but has quickly erased gains and printed a new cycle low, as the rate hovers just above its worst levels since Jan. The BoK's monetary policy decision is due later today.
  • USD/MYR kicked off on a slightly firmer footing, amid lingering political uncertainty in Malaysia.
  • Under the microscope today we have final Japanese industrial output, U.S. PPI, EZ industrial production, comments from numerous speakers from the Fed, ECB, BoC, BoE, Riksbank & RBNZ and a much awaited speech from Chinese Pres Xi.
