EURO-SEK: Rate moves sharply lower as Riksbank minutes state that it should be
possible for the Swedish central bank to raise rates before their ECB
counterparts. EUR/SEK tumbles to SEK 9.7857 in the immediate reaction, hitting
the lowest levels since November as stops are tripped on the way through last
week's lows.
