CABLE: Rate prints fresh lows down at $1.3121, opening a move through $1.31
which would initially eye the Mar13 low at $1.3061 ahead of the March lows at
$1.2949. Markets clearly remain fraught over the prospect of May's deal being
able to pass through parliament in a Meaningful Vote 3, with options markets
reflecting the sentiment further: 1m risk reversals touched fresh four-month
lows today (the lowest since November) and remain 2 vol points in favour of
GBP/USD puts. Pivot support kicks in at $1.3078.
