DOLLAR-CANADA: Rate remains underwater after the USD saw an early session

the rate continue to drop, marking the Apr26 and Apr25 low. A break below would
open up a move towards C$1.2812, marking the 23.6% fib level for the
C$1.2528-1.2900 move.
