CABLE: Rate slips on the way through the NY low but fails to break materially
lower. Move coincides with comments from Irish PMI Varadkar ("expects UK to
honour backstop promise in full") but is unlikely to have been put under
pressure by the news. Support remains at the earlier lows ($1.3413) ahead of the
55-wma at $1.3402 and the May21 (and 2018) low at $1.3391.
