STERLING: Rate somewhat unreactive to the ongoing UK budget, with GBP/USD
holding above the $1.2800 handle in the close segments of the speech from
Chancellor Hammond. On a break through earlier lows, GBP/USD may find support at
the ascending support line at $1.2779 and the 1.618% swing line at $1.2714 (from
the $1.2922-1.3258 move). Gilt issuance forecasts come alongside the close of
the budget statement.
