RBA Purchases & QTC Issuance Eyed

AUSSIE BONDS

The curve sits flatter in early Sydney trade, on the back of a similar move in U.S. Tsys since the Sydney close, with YM unchanged and XM +1.5. U.S. equities were softer on Wednesday, with the issues surrounding COVID-19 vaccination distribution in Europe dominating broader news flow ahead of U.S. hours, while the rate of decline accelerated in the wake of the latest FOMC decision. Aussie bonds showed nothing in the way of notable reaction to the FOMC decision.
