RBNZ Dated OIS Awaits Q4 GDP Data

In line with the paring back of tightening expectations globally on banking crisis concerns, RBNZ dated OIS pricing has opened 10-23bp softer with meetings beyond May leading.

  • Ahead of the Q4 GDP data release out soon (2145 GMT), April meeting pricing has declined to 15bp of tightening from 25bp yesterday.
  • Terminal OCR expectations have softened to 5.12%.
