OMV is planning an 89MW solar PV project in Dolj county, southwest Romania, together with a 18MW BESS to be operational by mid-2026 according to Balkan Green Energy News. 

  • The FID for the Isalnita photovoltaic project has been made in June.
  • A 18MW BESS will be build at the plant, if successful in a call for projects in Romania’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
